The first prong of our two-prong diversity, inclusion, and equality course mission is to help individuals understand different does not equal wrong, but rather greater creativity and opportunity. And 2, to raise awareness of our conscious and subconscious opinions that impact our daily decisions and actions at work.
Awareness is the foundational requirement for change. We all have unknown biases that impact our daily actions and decisions. And our biases are powered by automatic, easy thinking and can range from business decisions to reactions to others.
In this curriculum, we help individuals become aware of their biases (we all have them) to outsmart them in the future and change their behaviors.
